• You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the property you seek to advertise for sale/rent at Razzaq.net or you have been duly authorized by the owner of the property you are advertising for sale / rent at Razzaq.net.
• You must at all times comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• Razzaq.net may refuse to advertise your property or properties at its sole discretion without affording any reason.
• Razzaq.net may remove any advertised property at any time at its sole discretion without affording any reason.
• You represent and warrant that the particulars of the property are true and accurate and any other information regarding the property is true and accurate and agree to indemnify and hold Razzaq.net harmless in case of any breach of such representation or warranty.
• You must not have been suspended from the use of our services.
• You must have legal capacity and be of legal age to use our services and to advertise property at Razzaq.net.
• You will not to change or remove any copyright notice published on Razzaq.net.
• You will not misrepresent any information or provide false / inaccurate information regarding any property advertised at Razzaq.net.
• No information contained at Razzaq.net shall constitute an invitation or an offer to invest in any property. Further, nothing published on Razzaq.net should be considered as a recommendation by Razzaq.net.
• You will not advertise any property using any copyrighted information, or information that you do not have permission to use.
• Razzaq.net offers no guarantee or warrantees that there would be a positive response or any response, once the property is put on display. Any payments made to Razzaq.net in this regard are solely for the purposes of display of the property advertised.

Intellectual Property

All content at Razzaq.net, including our services, such as logos, pictures/images, codified information, text, graphics, icons, images and general data and data compilation, and software and applications is the property of the Razzaq group or, in specified cases, of its users and content generators/suppliers and protected by copyright laws.
